These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, services, and travel arrangements made with Saphalyam Tours & Travels (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By choosing to use our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below. Please read them carefully before making any booking.
All services are subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices, itineraries, and service details may change without prior notice due to external factors. Saphalyam Tours & Travels acts as an intermediary between you and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and insurance companies. Each service provider may have its own policies in addition to these terms.
A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment. Full payment must be completed before the start of the trip or service. Payment methods include bank transfer, online payment, or any other method approved by us. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation without refund.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email/WhatsApp). Refund amounts depend on the policies of airlines, hotels, visa authorities, tour operators, and other third parties. Service fees, processing charges, and non-refundable components will not be refunded.
Company-Initiated Changes
If we cancel or alter a service due to operational or safety reasons, we will offer the nearest possible alternative or refund applicable amounts.
Itineraries may change due to weather conditions, government regulations, local events, or unexpected circumstances. Unused services such as meals, accommodation, activities, or transportation will not be refunded. Travelers are responsible for arriving on time for departures, transfers, and activities.
Rented vehicles must be used responsibly and returned in the same condition. Fuel, toll, parking, fines, and other charges are the responsibility of the renter unless stated otherwise. Damages resulting from negligence or misuse will be charged to the customer.
Travelers must verify that passports, visas, and all required documents are valid and accurate. Visa approval is at the sole discretion of embassy/consulate authorities. Fees for visa processing, document submission, or re-application are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend travel insurance for all domestic and international trips. Insurance claims must be raised directly with the insurance provider as per their terms.
Airfares are subject to change until tickets are issued. Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes are controlled by the airline, not Saphalyam Tours & Travels. Airline policies on baggage, check-in, refunds, and date changes will apply.

Saphalyam Tours & Travels is not responsible for losses, injuries, accidents, or delays caused by natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, or third-party providers. Compensation (if applicable) will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
We collect basic personal information required to process your bookings. Your information will not be shared with anyone except service partners involved in fulfilling your travel requirements. We only use your payment details to complete your transaction and do not store or process them any further.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, unless stated otherwise.
