You need to know about service

Reaching at least three hours earlier keeps things stress-free. It gives you enough time for check-in, security, and immigration without rushing. If you’re travelling during a busy season, arriving a little sooner is always safer.

Keep your passport, visa copy, flight tickets, and hotel details easily accessible. A digital backup on your phone helps too. Having everything ready makes check-ins and immigration much smoother.

Each airline has its own limits, but most offer one cabin bag and one or two check-in bags. It’s always best to double-check your specific airline’s rules so there are no surprises at the counter.

Refunds depend on how close the cancellation is to the travel date and what bookings are already confirmed. International arrangements often involve stricter rules, so sharing your request early helps us process everything without delays.
