  1. Fire Temple – Ateshgah
Ateshgah (from Persian Atashgah), often called the “Fire Temple of Baku,” is a castle-like religious temple in Surakhani town (Suraxanı raion), a suburb of Baku. Based on Persian and Indian inscriptions, the temple was used as a Hindu, Sikh, and Zoroastrian place of worship. “Atash” is the Persian word for fire. The pentagonal complex, with its courtyard surrounded by monk cells and a tetrapillar altar in the middle, was built during the 17th and 18th centuries. It was abandoned in the late 19th century, likely due to the dwindling Indian population in the area.
  2. Burning Mountain – Yanar Dag
Yanar Dag (“Burning Mountain”) is a natural gas fire that blazes continuously on a hillside on the Absheron Peninsula near Baku. The flames jet up to 3 metres from a thin, porous sandstone layer.

Keep your passport, visa copy, flight tickets, and hotel details easily accessible. A digital backup on your phone helps too. Having everything ready makes check-ins and immigration much smoother.

Each airline has its own limits, but most offer one cabin bag and one or two check-in bags. It’s always best to double-check your specific airline’s rules so there are no surprises at the counter.

Refunds depend on how close the cancellation is to the travel date and what bookings are already confirmed. International arrangements often involve stricter rules, so sharing your request early helps us process everything without delays.
