Over the past few years, we have, together, embarked on a journey of transformation.
We worked towards increasing our focus, transforming our culture and organizations, strengthening our execution, and building the capabilities needed for success today and in the future.
As I shared with you in my recent message, we have started seeing the results of our efforts by achieving record growth for the 2nd consecutive year.
This success makes us more determined than ever to continue.
The year ahead presents us with many opportunities to continue having a positive impact on patients across the region, opportunities to positively impact our team, and numerous business opportunities to further strengthen Merck’s position in the region.
We want to mark the beginning of 2023 with a kick-off meeting for our top 150 leaders from across MEAR – so we all start the year moving together in the same direction, with the same goals, and the same determination to win.
